Phase 2 is ready and deployed to the UAT environment. The remaining blockers are the required data templates and completion of UAT testing by Syntys, which are currently putting the planned 20 September 2026 go-live at risk. Thorough UAT is critical at this stage to ensure that the implemented functionality is fully validated against operational requirements and to identify and resolve any gaps before go-live. This will help minimize the risk of post-go-live issues or additional requirements, particularly in light of the challenges and operational gaps identified during Phase 1.
